We understand how important it is that your order arrives promptly. All our products are imported. Some are custom made to order and involve production time. We will make every effort to assist you with your order.
All custom orders are non-refundable and must be paid in full upon placing order. Custom ordered furniture is shipped via freight due to size and weight. We will contact you with further assistance after we receive your order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Any items returned must be returned in its unused original condition. Returns are only accepted up to 6 days after receipt of merchandise for a store credit. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
We apologize if any items arrive damaged. We will make every effort to assist you with damaged goods.
